2010 Adventures:

Shake-down Ride to Brown's Creek Spring trip to Aspen Ridge Northern Colorado Run
  • The 2010 Jeeping season started with quick trip over to the Brown's Creek area for a shake-down ride in early May.
  • We then headed over to Aspen Ridge in late May to check out a new route that heads out east towards South Park. Issues developed with keeping Blue Mule running and we had to be creative to keep from killing the engine.
  • June found us heading up north of Fort Collins for the annual CFFC Northern Colorado Run.
  • At the end of July, the CFFC decided to have a Mid-Summer Tour with an expedition over Mosquito Pass from South Park. That was a rough one!
  • Labor Day, our nephew Ethan tried out the Blue Mule and thought he'd broke it went it wouldn't start again.
  • The season wrapped up with the annual CFFC Fall Color Tour. This year, the event lasted an entire week, and Ellen started calling it Camp Willys.
