This looks like the incredible bulk paint monster! I guess I have been sniffing acetone and paint fumes a little bit too long.
Here I've got the first coat of yellow on the inside of the tub. In the larger photo you can see shadows of the primer showing through this coat. Overall, the first coat gave me very good coverage. With a separate spray gun and paint pot, I was able to get into very difficult-to-paint places, like under the dash and inside the toolbox.
Even though I am getting shadows through this first coat, I've had no runs or sags, even on my vertical surfaces. May plan is to add thin layers of paint, and build up the yellow. Then, I can sand the exterior surfaces to get them really smooth and shinny.
