Here is the power takeoff (PTO) that will power the winch on the front of the Jeep.

The PTO is bolted up to the back of the transmission. The shaft runs from the low end to the winch.
The winch sits between the bumper on the left and the front frame cross member on the right.

You can see the roller fairlead in front of the winch. This helps to guide the cable onto the winch.
